RETURNS

We gladly accept any unused merchandise within 14 days from the date of receipt. Refunds with an original receipt are issued in the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for all returns and exchange fees. When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via USPS, UPS or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees. Any product returned outside of the return policy will not be processed.

Typically, we process orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. We will email you your tracking number once we ship out your package.  Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

LOST PACKAGE OR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We ship via USPS for all domestic orders, which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you in locating it, however, we are not responsible for refunds for lost or incorrect addresses. We can not refund you if you have moved and package failed to deliver. 

***We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen. ***
